November 15th

We are starting to get very busy with holiday planning. The Danville Thanksgiving dinner is this weekend, so I will be baking pies. We are celebrating with the Beforts on Thursday and EVERYONE is going to be there so we are taking family pictures. I am very excited! Most of my Christmas shopping is done. Most was done out of catalogs because I missed my big shopping trip with Dusty in October.

Abbey is starting to read sentences in first grade. Her teacher said she is doing great. We are so proud of her. The class starts weekly spelling tests this Friday.

Natalie got to bring home the preschool mascot, a stuffed Moose for 2 days. She let Abbey and Zachery play with it too. She is always thinking. This week I told her she doesn't forget a thing, and her reply was "it's because I have a forehead and it makes me think."

Mom and the girls at Nana's for a pre-Christmas celebration.

Zachery is potty training. Jeremey started him about a month ago on a whim before bathtime, and he is doing pretty good. He can even let us know when he has to go (sometimes). I wasn't going to even attempt it until after his 2nd birthday so he think is doing great! He loves it when we clap for him!

Daddy and his boy!

Little Miss Emalie isn't so little anymore. She weighs about 13 lbs. We say she is short, fat and happy. She changes so much and smiles so much and now when she laughs, she actually makes noise! She is just adorable!

Smile!

Our Litter

I am so proud of our family. I can't tell people enough how blessed we are with good friends, good health, and great families. What awesome blessings from God.

Happy Halloween

Jeremey was Daddy Dog Catcher and all the kids were dogs. It was so cute!
Jeremey even had a Dog Catcher outfit. Here he is with Doggy #2; aka Natalie
Abbey had such a fun time being a dog. She loved her collar and leash.
Mom was the only one not dressed up, but still had a smile with Emalie and Zachery.
Zachery was all about the candy! Once he figured out that you hold your bag, and people give you candy, he was ready to get out of the car before we got the door opened. When we would go to the house, he would get his candy, and head right for the door, ready for the next house. He definately has a sweet tooth.
We finished our evening at Dick and Shirley's house. Here is Aunt B and the last of our litter the little dalmation Emalie.

Our day at the Pumpkin Patch

Abbey playing in the tube, something new this year at the Pumpkin Patch
Emailie is such a cute little witch! We just love her so much.
From now on with a family of 6 family pictures with everyone looking at the camera will be few and far between, hey 5 out of 6 isn't bad. We sure are blessed with a great family.
Natalie was enjoying another shoulder ride from Daddy. This is one of her favorite ways of transportation.

Zachery found the perfect pumpkin. It is just his size!

Emalie thought that bein an adorable ghost was an easy way to pass the day.
We started our day with lunch at Bill and Jannette's then headed on to our annual pumpkin patch visit. We had a great time, Zachery even got his face painted. Then back to Pratt to ride Uncle Bill's train and pizza. It is always a highlight of our autum.
